i dont think the army should get invoved when there is a infetion going around like in the movie outbreak. Then if the army get involved they usually start putting the people in quarantine. Then i wouldnt want people with gun running around because it is not safe. Then the army migh try to just kill everyone so the viruse or infection wont spread just like in outbreak. The army dont really have hope in finding cures.

No we shouldnt be able to do this because then the parents can pass by as there child. the parents can do a crime and then the child can get blammed because they wont know who did it, because both share genetics. Our genetics destenguise us and makes us different from everybody else.
